Designed for continuous compressed air systems, this auto drain valve features a separable solenoid coil and timer module, allowing for instant electrical maintenance without depressurizing the pipeline or interrupting the air supply.
1. Separable Maintenance Design: The timer and solenoid coil can be easily detached from the main valve body. This enables quick replacements of electrical components on-site without cutting off system pressure.
2. Fully Programmable Timer: Features an adjustable electronic module for setting precise discharge (ON) and interval (OFF) cycles, fully automating condensate drainage in air tanks and dryers.
3. 0-16 Bar Heavy-Duty Operation: Operates reliably from 0 Bar and easily withstands high-pressure industrial environments up to 16 Bar, preventing the build-up of corrosive moisture in heavy-duty compressors.
4. Normally Closed (NC) Safety: The valve remains tightly shut when de-energized. This failsafe mechanism ensures zero compressed air loss in the event of a power outage.
5. Compact DN15 (1/2") Integration: Engineered with standard G, BSPP, or NPT threads, fitting perfectly into tight spaces at receiver bottoms or drip legs. Available in universal voltages (AC/DC 12V, 24V, 110V, 220V).
