The DELCO Pneumatic V-Port Ball Valve is engineered for the precise control of fibrous fluids, slurries, and high-viscosity media (paper pulp). Featuring a shearing V-notch ball, it prevents clogging and offers near-equal percentage flow characteristics. Available in sizes DN15–DN200 (1/2"–8") with ANSI/DIN/GB flanged connections, this valve body (WCB/SS316) is integrated with our high-torque pneumatic actuators for responsive modulation in harsh industrial lines.

✅Shearing V-Notch for Fiber & Slurry Control：The precision-ground V-port ball creates a powerful shearing action against the seat during closing. This effectively cuts through fibers and granules without jamming, offering a 100:1 rangeability ideal for paper pulp and wastewater applications.
✅Versatile Sealing (Up to 425°C)：Adaptable to various process temperatures, we offer PTFE/RPTFE for standard shutoff, PPL for mid-range heat (285°C), and Metal Hard Seals for extreme temperatures (425°C) and abrasive resistance.
✅Direct-Mount Pneumatic Actuation (ISO 5211)：Pre-assembled with DELCO’s Rack & Pinion Pneumatic Actuator. Features NAMUR interfaces for easy installation of positioners (4-20mA) and solenoid valves. Available in Double Acting or Spring Return for fail-safe operation.
✅Global Flange Compatibility：Designed for international integration, the valve body supports ANSI B16.5, DIN, and GB/T flange standards. Body materials (WCB, Stainless Steel) and face-to-face dimensions comply with ISA S75.04 for seamless pipeline replacement.
✅Certified Safety & Testing：The design includes a blowout-proof stem, anti-static devices, and optional Fire-Safe construction (API 607). Every unit undergoes rigorous Shell and Sealing tests per API 598 to guarantee zero-leakage performance.
