Full PTFE/PFA Lining for Corrosion Resistance: The valve body and disc are fully lined with high-grade PTFE, FEP, or PFA, creating a complete barrier against corrosive media. This design is ideal for handling strong acids, chlorides, and solvents where standard metal valves would fail.

AW Series High-Torque Actuation: Lined valves typically require higher operating torque due to the tight interference fit of the liner. DELCO’s AW Series (Scotch Yoke) actuator provides the necessary high-torque output to overcome this friction, preventing stalling and ensuring smooth operation even in large diameters (up to DN1200).

Stable Flanged Body Design: Unlike wafer types, this double-flanged (or U-section) body design provides superior mechanical stability and pipe alignment. It is suitable for high-stress pipelines and allows for downstream piping removal without compromising the seal (dead-end service).

Spark-Tested Zero Leakage: Every lined valve undergoes rigorous high-voltage spark testing to detect any pinholes or lining defects before assembly. Combined with a precision-machined disc, it guarantees bubble-tight shutoff strictly per API 598 standards.

Wide Material & Standard Compatibility: While the wetted parts are fluoropolymer, the outer body is available in Cast Iron, WCB, or Stainless Steel to reduce costs. Flange connections are machined to fit ANSI 150, DIN PN10/16, and JIS 10K standards for global project integration.
