The DELCO Ex-proof Electric Globe Control Valve is a high-precision modulating valve designed for hazardous environments (Oil, Gas, Chemical). It features an ExdIIBT4/CT4 certified intelligent electric actuator with a digital display for precise 4-20mA flow regulation. Available in DN15–DN600 sizes with WCB or Stainless Steel bodies, it supports ANSI/DIN/JIS flange standards and includes a manual handwheel for emergency operation.

The linear motion globe valve structure offers superior throttling capabilities compared to rotary valves. It provides stable flow characteristics (Equal Percentage or Linear), making it ideal for regulating pressure, temperature, and flow rates in critical loops.
✅Emergency Manual Handwheel
Safety is paramount. The actuator includes a side-mounted Manual Handwheel Mechanism. In the event of power failure or signal loss, operators can manually open or close the valve to prevent system overpressure or shutdown.

From small chemical dosing (DN15) to large main pipelines (DN600), the valve body is available in Carbon Steel (WCB) for general use or Stainless Steel (304/316) for corrosive media, ensuring durability in harsh conditions.

Designed for international projects, the valve supports ANSI 150/300/600, DIN PN16/40/64, and JIS flanged connections. The leakage class meets ANSI Class IV or V standards for tight shutoff requirements.
