A durable plastic diaphragm valve with flanged ends and a weir-type design, offering superior chemical resistance and precise throttling for corrosive media.
✅Superior Chemical Resistance: The valve body is molded from pure UPVC (Dark Grey) or CPVC (Light Grey), providing excellent immunity to strong acids, caustics, and plating solutions where metal valves would fail rapidly.
✅Weir-Type Diaphragm Design: Utilizes a flexible EPDM or PTFE diaphragm that seals over a weir, isolating the bonnet mechanism from the process fluid and allowing for effective throttling and flow control.
✅Particle & Slurry Handling: The streamlined flow path and flexible diaphragm allow the valve to close tightly even over suspended solids or slurries, preventing clogging common in [Ball Valves] or Gate Valves.
✅Visual Position Indicator: Equipped with a transparent stem cover and a rising indicator rod that provides immediate visual confirmation of the valve's open/closed status from a distance, enhancing operational safety.
✅Standard Flanged Connection: Features integral ANSI 150 / DIN / JIS flanges reinforced with ribs, ensuring secure, leak-free installation into existing industrial plastic piping systems without the need for complex adapters.
