✅Robust Stainless Steel Body: Cast from high-grade CF8 (304) or CF8M (316) stainless steel, providing exceptional resistance to rust, chemicals, and high temperatures, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.
✅Efficient Debris Filtration: Equipped with a precision-engineered Stainless Steel Mesh Screen (standard 40-100 mesh) that captures rust, scale, and dirt, preventing damage to sensitive equipment like control valves and flow meters.
✅Easy Maintenance Design: Features a Bolted Bonnet with a blow-off plug, allowing operators to easily drain accumulated debris or remove the screen for thorough cleaning without disrupting the main pipeline connection.
✅Low Pressure Drop: The streamlined Y-pattern design minimizes flow resistance (low pressure drop), ensuring that the strainer does not significantly reduce system flow rates or pump efficiency.
