An economical bronze safety valve with threaded connections, providing essential pressure relief for water, oil, and air systems.
✅Corrosion-Resistant Bronze Body: The main body is cast from durable Bronze (C83600) or forged Brass, offering excellent resistance to scaling and oxidation in water and compressed air services, outlasting cast iron alternatives.
✅Versatile Media Compatibility: Suitable for a wide range of non-corrosive fluids including Water, Oil, Air, and Low-Pressure Steam, making it a versatile choice for commercial plumbing and HVAC applications.
✅Choice of Lifting Mechanism: Available in two configurations: With Lever (Type SV-B29) for manual testing required in steam/air systems, or Sealed Cap (Type SV-B27) for liquid service where leakage prevention is prioritized.
✅Standard Threaded Connections: Features a Male NPT/BSP Inlet and Female Outlet for easy, leak-free installation into standard pipe fittings, simplifying maintenance and replacement in tight mechanical rooms.
✅Metal-to-Metal or PTFE Soft Seat: Options for a precision-machined metal seat for high-temperature durability or a PTFE Soft Seat for superior bubble-tight sealing in gas applications, ensuring zero leakage during normal operation.
