Combining the mechanical strength of steel with the extreme chemical resistance of fluoropolymers, this PFA / FEP Lined Y-Strainer is the ultimate solution for filtering aggressive media. Its Carbon Steel (WCB) body is fully lined with a thick layer of high-purity PFA or FEP, effectively isolating the metal from strong acids and alkalis, ensuring long-term reliability in chemical plants.

A fluoropolymer-lined Y-strainer offering superior corrosion resistance for filtering strong acids and hazardous chemicals in industrial pipelines.
✅Full Fluoropolymer Lining: All internal surfaces are lined with a thick, seamless layer of PFA, FEP, or PTFE, providing universal resistance to almost all chemicals, including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and solvents at high temperatures.
✅Robust Carbon Steel Shell: The outer body is manufactured from heavy-duty Cast Steel (WCB), providing the structural integrity and pressure-holding capability (PN16 / 150LB) needed to withstand piping stresses that solid plastic strainers cannot.
✅PTFE Filter Screen: Equipped with a reinforced PTFE Filter Basket or PFA-coated stainless steel screen, ensuring that even the filtration element itself is immune to corrosion, unlike standard metal screens that would dissolve in acid.
✅Spark Test Verified: Every lined strainer undergoes a rigorous high-voltage Spark Test to detect any pinholes or defects in the lining, guaranteeing a 100% leak-free barrier for maximum safety.
✅Standard Flanged Connection: Features standard ANSI / DIN / JIS flanged ends that match existing piping specs, making it a drop-in replacement for corroded metal strainers without requiring piping modifications.
